Fitter people can drink more and handle their booze better

Higher fitness levels are significantly related to greater alcohol consumption, according to a new study looking into people’s exercise and drinking habits.

Regular exercisers drink more alcohol, but are less likely to be problem drinkers as stated in new research from the Medicine & Science in Sports Exercise from a study at the Cooper Clinic in Dallas.
